The Kitchen is located just adjecent to the Dining Room. With a granite top island, stainless steel appliances which have been charmed to hold up to several times their original capacity, and two walk in pantries, the Kitchen makes for a great place to entertain.

The Dining Room is set up to hold up to thirty people at a given time. With two long cherry oak tables that each sit up to fifteen people, the Dining Room is a great place for Manor mates to get together with each other or family members.

The Common Living Room is where manor mates or familes may gather to enjoy the company of one other. With several large couches, arm chairs, a big screen television, and a charmed fire place, this area is best for kicking back for some leisure time.

The staircase is located in the center of the manor as one walks through the front door. It is made out of marble and is wide. Some resident students have been known to sit upon the staircase just to study, read, write, or wait for a friend.

The Dorms for the Ladies can be found in the West Whing of the Manor. Each dorm room is set for up to four young ladies to share. And each dorm has its own unique theme.

The Dorms for the Gentlemen can be found in the East Whing of the Manor. Each dorm room is set for up to four young men to share. And each dorm has its own unique theme.

There are three different study offices located in the West Whing for the ladies. Each office holds a different array of reference, fiction, and non-fiction books for both studious and leisure times.

There are four community lavatories for the ladies located in the West Whing. Each community lavatory has its own unique theme.
